1. “The Lost City” co-stars Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum first met after their children got into a fight in school.
“We have two very, very, very strong-willed little girls, you know, that at that young age were very much buttin’ heads,” The Lost City actor Tatum said on The Late Late Show with James Corden.
Bullock said once she wondered if she should contact Jenna Dewan, Channing Tatum’s ex-wife, and mother of his daughter Everly.
“There was a day where there was an altercation,” Bullock recalled. “I said, ‘do I need to call Channing or Jenna? Pugh was originally attached to play Wilde’s character, Bunny, and Wilde was originally attached to play Pugh’s character, Alice.
However, Wilde decided that it’d make more sense if the film focused on a younger couple, leading her to switch roles. On top of that, the director thought that Pugh absolutely radiated lead actor energy. The filmmaker commented, “I was just like, ‘Well, she’s extraordinary. 4. Mason Gooding who plays Chad Meeks-Martin in Scream wrote a college essay about the movie.
Mason authored a six-page essay while a student at NYU arguing that Scream deserved a revival. He brought it up during a meeting with directors Tyler Gillett and Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, who requested to read it.
“I sent it to them and heard nothing for like two weeks,” he told the Hollywood Reporter, adding that when he got the offer to play Chad Meeks-Martin, he “muted [himself] and screamed.”

To create the effect, CoSA, a visual effects company that worked on Westworld and Gotham, collaborated with Bill Corso, the makeup artist behind A Series of Unfortunate Events to bring Nicky to life, using artificial intelligence to create a “template” of the actor’s face when he was younger based on footage from around that time. The process takes hours of poring over every single detail of the actor’s face, changing any little discrepancy that may cause the viewer to notice the CGI.
