Cara Delevigne has bought The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon and wife Nancy Juvone’s Gramercy Park home.
According to reports, the deal hit the market for $15 million in early 2021; at the time, sources said the final deal was for a few million less, and was off-market.

Per Marca, Jimmy Fallon purchased a one-bedroom apartment for $850,000 in 2002. Fallon then took ownership of the property, buying apartment after apartment over the next decade until he owned the entire complex.
The nearly 5,000-square-foot, six-bedroom apartment-sized property dates back to 1883.
Famous residents here have included actor James Cagney and Margaret Hamilton, who played the Wicked Witch of the West in “The Wizard of Oz.”
