After three years since the legal troubles between Depp and Heard began, well-known names in the Hollywood industry, and even business moguls, will join friends, family, lawyers and other associates of the actors to testify in the upcoming Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard defamation trial.

The now $100-million lawsuit will feature testimony from actor James Franco, Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Marvel WandaVision star Paul Bettany, along with representatives from Disney, Warner Bros and the Los Angeles Police Department.

Franco and Musk were brought into the case when Depp, 58, accused both of having an affair with Heard, 35. Both Franco and Musk are on Heard’s witness list. WandaVision star Paul Bettany will also reportedly testify for Depp after his texts with the actor were made public in one of Depp’s previous trials.

Also on the exhibit list for the upcoming trial are texts between Heard and her Aquaman co-star Jason Momoa and director James Wan, communication with Justice League‘s Zack Snyder and email correspondence between Depp and Harry Potter author J.K Rowling.

Depp and Heard, who are set to testify in person in April, were married between 2015 and 2017 and began their feud in 2016 after the actress obtained a restraining order against Depp after accusing him of abuse, which he denied.

The trial is centered around a defamation suit that Depp previously filed and will take place at Fairfax County courthouse in Virginia on April 11.
