Jennifer Aniston has reportedly purchased a stunning four-bedroom farmhouse on a one acre plot with 4,320 square feet for $14.8 million from Oprah Winfrey.
Winfrey reportedly purchased the estate, which is surrounded by lush greenery in one of the most sought-after areas of California, for $US10.5 million ($15.3 million) in 2021.
According to AD, the former talk show host separated the property in half, selling the Mediterranean-style home to Aniston and the two cottage houses to her personal trainer and property manager, Bob Greene. The latter sold for $2.3 million.
The area has been a magnate for A-listers in recent years, including Prince Harry, his wife Meghan Markle, Ellen Degeneres, Ariana Grande, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Rob Lowe.
Aniston’s main residence will likely remain the plush Los Angeles house she bought back in 2012 for $21 million. Sited on a hilltop in prime Bel Air, the “Friends” star has extensively renovated that midcentury modern structure, built in 1965 by acclaimed architect A. Quincy Jones
